I was soooo in the mood for Spanish food! Fried potato ball with ground beef, empanada with chicken. Yellow rice & beans, pink beans, fried sweet plantain and wash it down with some tamarind juice. Oh, and because I'm entirely too full to eat another bite, taking half of it home along with a flan to go. Super friendly people and awesome service!

Im in from out of town and decided to walk here from my hotel. When I walked in right away I smelled fresh food that was a plus instantly. I sat and ordered from the the menu and wow the bistec was nice and soft I could cut it with my fork. Service was great and the owner even came to my table and brought me a fresh bottle of his homemade hot sauce ( holy hot super hot ) it was great and spicy I recommend small drops. Everything was great

Before going here with my Puerto Rican friend, he admits that he's never gone to a Puerto Rican restaurant in America, despite living here his whole life. "Why would I go to a Puerto Rican restaurant when I could just eat at home?"
As we opened the front door, my friend wafts the air and says "this is going to be good..." And it was. Absolutely delicious, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine in a clean, comfortable and warm environment. For lunch, I ordered pernil that revolved around a meteoric mound of mofongo. The pernil was tender, perfectly flavored and paired well with the doughy and lightly garlicy mofongo.
This place obviously prides what they do and I left full and happy. Loved it!
